General
What is Sonix IPTV?
Sonix IPTV is a subscription service for live TV, sports and on-demand movies and series, delivered over your internet connection. You watch through an IPTV player app on a compatible device, such as a Fire TV Stick, Android TV, Apple TV, smart TV, phone or computer.
What does IPTV mean?
IPTV stands for Internet Protocol Television — TV delivered over the internet instead of satellite or cable. You need a stable broadband connection and a player app; no dish or cable box is required.
Which countries can use Sonix IPTV?
Our website and support focus on viewers in the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom. If you’re elsewhere, contact support before subscribing so we can confirm what works in your location — or request a free trial to test it yourself.
Is Sonix IPTV connected to other websites using a similar name?
This website, sonixiptv.us.com, is operated independently. Plans, prices and support listed here apply only to orders placed on this website. If you bought a plan elsewhere, contact the seller you purchased from.
Subscriptions
What subscription options are available?
Plans are available for 1, 3, 6 or 12 months, each with 1 to 5 simultaneous connections. Longer plans cost less per month. All plans are one-time payments for the chosen period — see the pricing page for the full table.
What does one connection mean?
A connection is one stream playing at the same time. With 1 connection you can install the app on several devices, but only one can watch at once. Choose 2–5 connections if several people watch on different screens at the same time.
Can I add connections or extend my plan later?
Yes. Contact support with your order reference and we’ll explain the options for adding connections or renewing before your plan ends.
Does my plan renew automatically?
No. Plans are paid once for the period you choose. When your plan is close to ending, you decide whether to renew.
Pricing
How much does Sonix IPTV cost?
Prices start at $13 for 1 month with 1 connection. A 12-month plan with 1 connection is $69, which works out to $5.75 per month. Prices for 2–5 connections are listed on the pricing page.
Are there any additional fees?
Your Sonix plan price is the total you pay us, in US dollars. Some third-party player apps — mainly on Samsung and LG TVs — charge their own licence fee, which goes to the app developer. Your bank may also apply its own currency conversion fees if your card isn’t in USD.
Can I pay in Canadian dollars or pounds?
Prices are set in US dollars. Customers in Canada and the UK can pay in USD; your card issuer converts the amount at its own rate.
Free Trial
How does the free trial work?
Request a 24-hour trial from the free trial page. Tell us your device and preferred player app. Trial details are typically provided within 1–3 hours after request review. Your 24 hours begin when you receive your details.
How long does it take to receive trial details?
Trial requests are reviewed by our team, so they aren’t instant. Details are typically provided within 1–3 hours. Requests sent overnight may take longer.
Do I need a payment card for the trial?
No. The trial is free and doesn’t require any payment details.
Can I request more than one trial?
Trials are intended as one per customer. If your trial didn’t work because of a technical problem, contact support and we’ll help.
Devices
Which devices are supported?
Sonix works through IPTV player apps on Amazon Fire TV and Fire TV Stick, Android TV and Google TV, NVIDIA Shield, Apple TV, iPhone and iPad, Android phones and tablets, Windows, Mac, Samsung and LG smart TVs, MAG and Formuler boxes. Roku has limited support. See the devices page for details.
Which device gives the best experience?
Dedicated streaming devices — Fire TV Stick 4K, Google TV devices, NVIDIA Shield and Apple TV — usually perform better than built-in smart TV apps and offer more player choices.
Does Sonix IPTV work on Roku?
Roku has limited IPTV player support, so we don’t recommend it. A Fire TV Stick or Google TV device plugged into the same TV is the reliable option.
Setup
How do I set up Sonix IPTV?
Install a recommended player app from your device’s official app store, then sign in with the details from your account email. Each device has a step-by-step guide on our setup pages.
What are Xtream Codes, M3U and MAC login?
They are three ways player apps connect to the service. Xtream Codes uses a server URL, username and password. M3U uses a single playlist link. MAC/portal login links your device’s MAC address to your account (used by MAG boxes and some TV apps). Your account details tell you which to use.
Can you help me set it up?
Yes. Message support on WhatsApp or Telegram with your device model and we’ll guide you step by step.
Payments
How do I pay?
Choose your plan and complete checkout. You’ll receive secure payment instructions — either a payment link from our card processor or a message from our team. Your subscription is activated after payment is confirmed.
Is my card information safe?
Card details are entered on our payment processor’s secure page. Sonix never sees or stores your full card number.
How long does activation take after payment?
Activation is handled by our team after payment is confirmed — it isn’t instant. We’ll send your account details and setup instructions, and contact you if anything needs clarifying.
Refunds
How does the refund policy work?
You can request a refund within 7 days of purchase. Contact support with your order reference and the reason; eligibility and how refunds are processed are explained in our refund policy.
How long does a refund take to arrive?
Once a refund is approved, it’s returned to the original payment method. Banks typically take 5–10 business days to show it on your statement.
Troubleshooting
Why is my stream buffering?
Buffering is most often caused by Wi-Fi strength, other heavy internet use at home, or the streaming device itself. Try Ethernet or 5 GHz Wi-Fi and restart your router and device. Our buffering guide walks through every check.
Why do I see “max connections reached”?
Another device on your account is still streaming. Stop playback on other devices and wait a few minutes, or choose a plan with more connections.
Why is the TV guide empty?
The guide may still be downloading, may need adding separately for M3U logins, or the time zone may be wrong. See our EPG troubleshooting guide.
