1. Information we collect
We collect only what you give us and what’s needed to run the website:
- Trial requests: first name, email, optional phone/WhatsApp number, country, device, player app, optional MAC address or device ID, and any special requests.
- Orders: full name, email, optional phone/WhatsApp number, optional country, chosen plan and special requests.
- Support messages: name, email, optional order or trial reference, device, topic and message.
- Technical data: standard request information processed by our hosting provider, and a one-way hashed identifier derived from your IP address used briefly for rate limiting. We don’t store raw IP addresses with your records.
We don’t collect or store payment card numbers. Card payments are entered on our payment processor’s hosted page.
2. How we use information
- To review and deliver trial requests and to provide your subscription.
- To send transactional emails about your trial, order, payment and account.
- To answer support requests.
- To prevent fraud, spam and abuse of our forms.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
3. Service providers we use
We share information only with providers that help us operate the service:

If you contact us on WhatsApp or Telegram, those platforms process your messages under their own privacy policies.
We don’t sell personal information and we don’t share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
4. Cookies and analytics
This website doesn’t currently use advertising or analytics cookies. If we add analytics in future, it will run only with your consent and without sending your name, email or phone number to analytics providers.
5. How long we keep information
- Orders: 24 months after the end of your subscription, or longer where required for tax or accounting.
- Trial requests: 12 months after your trial request.
- Support messages: 12 months after your last message.
- Email and delivery logs: 90 days.
6. Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop processing it, subject to legal record-keeping obligations. Depending on where you live — for example California, Canada or the United Kingdom — you may have additional rights under local law.

7. Security
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), access-restricted storage, input validation and rate limiting to protect your information. No system is completely secure, so please contact us promptly if you believe your account details have been exposed.
8. International transfers
Our providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards offered by those providers.
9. Children
The website and service are intended for adults. We don’t knowingly collect information from children under 16.
