Fix a missing or wrong guide
  1. 1Sign in with Xtream Codes where possible — the guide usually loads automatically.
  2. 2With M3U, add the EPG link from your account details in the player’s settings.
  3. 3Set your device and player to your local time zone.
  4. 4Refresh the guide and allow a few minutes for the first download.

Can I see the full channel list before subscribing?
The most reliable way to check specific channels is the free 24-hour trial, which shows the live lineup in your own player. You can also ask support about particular channels in the Special Requests box on the trial form.
Do channel lists change?
Yes. Like any live TV service, the lineup can change over time as sources are added, updated or removed.
Are channels available in HD?
Picture quality varies by channel source, device and connection. Use the trial to check quality on the channels you watch most.
Is there a TV guide?
Many players display guide information where it’s available. See our EPG guide for setup help.
Do regional channels show the right times?
Set your device and player to your local time zone. If guide times are off by whole hours, use the player’s EPG time-shift setting.
