Supported login methods
Xtream Codes API
Server URL, username and password. Loads live TV, movies, series and the program guide in one step.
M3U playlist URL
A single playlist link. Widely supported; the program guide (EPG) is usually added as a separate XMLTV link.
Your account details tell you which method to use. If you’re unsure, ask support.
Set up the TV guide (EPG)
- With an Xtream Codes login, the program guide normally loads automatically — open the TV Guide or EPG view after the first sync.
- With an M3U login, add the EPG (XMLTV) link from your account details in the app’s EPG or TV Guide settings, if your plan provides one.
- If guide data is missing, set the app’s time zone to your local zone and refresh the EPG. Guide data can take several minutes to download on first use.
Common problems on iPhone / iPad
Playback stops when the screen locks
Enable Picture in Picture in the player (if supported) and in Settings → General → Picture in Picture.
High mobile data use
HD streams can use several GB per hour. Choose a lower-quality stream variant on mobile data if your plan provides one.
