Problem summary
Login errors almost always come from a small typing difference in the server URL, username or password, or from an expired trial. Copy the details character-for-character from your account email.
Likely causes
- Typo in the server URL — missing http://, a missing port number or an extra space
- Username or password typed with the wrong upper/lower case
- Trial period has ended or the subscription has expired
- MAC address on the device doesn’t match the one registered (MAG / portal logins)
- The account is already in use on the maximum number of connections
Step-by-step diagnosis
- 1Compare each field with your account email, one character at a time. Watch for l (L) vs I (i) and 0 (zero) vs O.
- 2Check the message wording: “invalid”/“authorization failed” usually means credentials; “expired” means account status or the player’s own licence; “max connections” means a connection-limit issue.
- 3For portal logins, compare the MAC shown in the device settings with the one you sent us.
Safe corrective actions
- 1Re-enter the details carefully, or copy and paste them on devices that allow it.
- 2Make sure the server URL includes the protocol and port exactly as provided, with no trailing spaces.
- 3Delete the playlist profile in the app and add it again.
- 4If your trial has ended, choose a plan — your details may stay the same; we’ll confirm.
Check that it’s fixed
- After signing in, open a live channel and a movie to confirm both sections load.
