Problem summary
If channel lists don’t appear, the playlist usually needs to be refreshed or the app couldn’t finish downloading it. If the list appears but a channel won’t play, the problem is usually limited to that channel.
Likely causes
- Playlist didn’t finish downloading on first load
- Outdated player app
- Network blocks or DNS problems on your connection
- A specific channel is temporarily unavailable
Step-by-step diagnosis
- 1Does the channel list appear at all? If not, it’s a playlist/network issue. If it appears but channels won’t start, try several channels in different categories.
- 2Try mobile data on a phone with the same login. If it works there, your home network or provider may be blocking or filtering traffic.
Safe corrective actions
- 1Use the app’s Refresh/Reload playlist option, or remove and re-add the playlist.
- 2Update the player app from the official store.
- 3Restart the router and device.
- 4Change the device’s DNS to your router’s default, or a reputable public DNS, if your provider’s DNS is unreliable.
Check that it’s fixed
- Open channels in at least two categories and one on-demand title.
