What you need
- A Formuler box (for example Z11, Z11 Pro, Z Alpha) with current firmware
- The MAC address shown in MYTVOnline (or on the box label)
- Your Sonix portal URL or Xtream Codes details

Install the player
- 1MYTVOnline is pre-installed. Update it from the Formuler market app or system update if prompted.
- 2Open MYTVOnline and note the MAC address it shows on the connection screen. Send it to support for portal login.
Install apps only from official app stores or the developer’s own website. We never ask you to download files from unofficial sources.
Sign in with your Sonix details
Your account or trial email contains everything you need. Keep it open on your phone while you type.
- 1Portal login: in MYTVOnline add a portal and enter the portal URL we provide.
- 2Xtream login (where supported by your MYTVOnline version): add a new connection, choose Xtream Codes and enter the server URL, username and password.
- 3Select Connect and wait for channel groups to load.
Supported login methods
Portal / MAC address
Your device’s MAC address is registered on our side, then you enter the portal URL we provide.
Xtream Codes API
Server URL, username and password. Loads live TV, movies, series and the program guide in one step.
Your account details tell you which method to use. If you’re unsure, ask support.
Set up the TV guide (EPG)
- With an Xtream Codes login, the program guide normally loads automatically — open the TV Guide or EPG view after the first sync.
- With an M3U login, add the EPG (XMLTV) link from your account details in the app’s EPG or TV Guide settings, if your plan provides one.
- If guide data is missing, set the app’s time zone to your local zone and refresh the EPG. Guide data can take several minutes to download on first use.
Common problems on Formuler
Portal shows an authorization error
Check that the MAC we registered matches the one in MYTVOnline (Formuler boxes can show a different MAC for Wi-Fi and Ethernet).
